Trade Guide Trade & Transfer Guide
You may want to trade characters, items or currency at some point, which you can easily do here! Note that while you can transfer characters and currency, you cannot transfer items which must be traded or 'transferred' through the trade page.
You can find the trade page by going to the navbar under the 'Activity' dropdown. If you like memorizing URLs, you can find this page at https://plushibes.com/trades/open or https://plushibes.com/trades/create (do not attempt going to just plushibes.com/trades as this will take you to a 404 page). When you open the trade page you will first see the 'Open' tab, these are all trades that have yet to be confirmed by both parties. The 'Pending' tab shows trades that have been confirmed by both parties but have yet to be approved by staff. 'Completed' and 'Rejected' show trades that have been approved or rejected by staff.
Click on 'New Trade' to create a new trade (please make sure you discuss with someone beforehand who creates the trade!). First, you will have to enter the username of the person you will be trading with and start typing the username for it to appear in the dropdown if it doesn't show up at first. In the 'Comments (optional)' field you can put some basic trade information, such as what the trade is for, but it is optional. Please keep in mind what your trade must look like to staff, if you're trading just one CCarrier for a MYO Slot it looks suspicious and staff may cancel your trade, use the comments to clarify what's going on in that case. If you are trading for anything off-site (such as USD, art or non-Plushibe characters) this MUST be noted down in the comments field).
Then you add your side of the trade. In this example, we will be trading some CCarriers, but it can be any item, character, currency or nothing. For items, you simply tick the boxes of all items you want to add to the trade and select the quantity of how many of each item you will trade. If you have a large inventory, you can use the search bar to find the items you are looking for. You can click 'Clear Item Filter' to see your whole list again.
You can also trade characters/MYO Slots and currency. Selecting characters for your trades is pretty straightforward, especially as you probably don't have 20 characters listed unlike your item inventory (sorry for not having any characters to include in the screenshot). For currency, you have to click on 'Add Currency' to create a row where you can select the currency you wish to trade (and view the amount you own) and add the amount you wish to trade.
You will be able to view a note about how trading and confirmation works, which I recommend you read;
When you're done, you can click on 'Create Trade' at the bottom of the page. Now the trade is created you can easily check if your offer is correct. If you see any issues (such as having forgotten an item) you can simply click on 'Edit' to change your offer. If it's all correct, you can click on 'Confirm.' It will ask you if you're sure you want to confirm your offer.
After you've confirmed your offer, you wait for your trade partner to confirm theirs. You will get a notification when they do so. You can easily click on 'View Trade' in the notification to head over to the trade page. You are now able to see your trade partner's offer and check if everything is correct. If both offers are correct, you can now click on 'Confirm Trade'. It will ask you again if you're sure you want to confirm the trade, in which case you can simply click on 'Confirm'. In most cases, the 2nd to confirm their offer also immediately confirms the trade from their side (unlike here for notification screenshot purposes).
Once the trade has been confirmed on both sides, it will enter the transfer queue. This means a staff member will review your trade to check if there's no suspicious activity going on or rules being breached. Please be patient, if your trade remains in the queue for longer than 24 hours you may ask about it in the #ask-the-mods Discord channel. Once your trade has been confirmed by staff, you will receive a notification about it again.
You can now view your trade under the 'Completed' tab. If your trade got rejected by staff, there will be a note as to why. You should not have the traded items in your inventory!
- Useful notes about trading;
- It is possible to confirm your offer without attaching anything. This is useful for gifts or trades for art for example - make sure to use the comments field as to why only one party attached items.
- Mixed offers are possible. You can select both a character and items, an item and currency, something of all three categories, etc!
- You can only add 10 items per trade. If you're looking to trade more than 10 items, split your trade up into two trades.
That's it for the trade guide. If you have any questions or concerns, don't be afraid to contact us in the #ask-the-mods Discord channel. Have fun trading!
Claim Guide Trade & Transfer Guide
If you earned currency or an item off-site, you may need to make a claim to make sure you get it in your inventory. If you need to make a claim, this will be specified. Here's a guide on how to make a claim, buying an item from the shop through Discord as an example.
When submitting a claim, you will always need to attach a link of proof. In this case, this is the confirmation message from UnbelievaBoat. Simply right-click the message and click on 'Copy Message Link' (on mobile, hold/long-press the message and scroll down to 'Copy Message Link' - though I do not recommend using this site on mobile).
Go to the claim page. You can find this page by going to the top-right 'Submit' dropdown. In a lot of cases, you are provided with a link to the claim page (this is also the case in the UnbelievaBoat example). If you like memorizing URLs, you can find this page at https://plushibes.com/claims/new.
You paste the message (or other form of proof) link in the 'URL (Optional)' field. This field may say 'optional' but it just means it is physically possible to submit a claim leaving that field empty. Don't do this unless stated you can, staff will likely just reject your claim.
Then there is the 'Comments (Optional)' field. This one is genuinely optional! If you want you can add a simple description of what the claim is or why you're making it, but it is not needed. I do recommend mentioning that if you bought multiple items in UnbelievaBoat at once. Staff can open the command to check this, but it's something easily forgotten. Note that you can view your claim history so you can use the comments field for your own future clarity's sake.
Then you select your 'rewards', the items or currency you're claiming. Click on 'Add Reward' first to add a row (if you accidentally add a row too much, you can just remove it by clicking 'Remove' behind the row you want to delete). Under 'Reward Type' you select whether you want to claim an item or currency, once this is set you can select your 'Reward'. If you're claiming currency there are only three options but if you're claiming an item a long list will pop up; you can type in this field to search for the item you're claiming! Make sure to select how much currency or how many of the items you're claiming in 'Quantity'.
You can leave the rest empty. Unless specifically stated, none of these apply. You can go straight to clicking 'Submit'! It will ask you to confirm your claim. Unless you think you forgot something (in which case you can click on the x to return to editing your claim) you can click 'Confirm'.
Once you've submitted your claim, you will be able to view its status. At first, this will be stated to be 'pending', please give it some time! If it's taking longer than 24 hours, then you can ask about it in the #ask-the-mods channel in Discord. You will get a notification on-site when your claim has been approved or rejected.
You can click on 'View Claim' in the approval/rejection notification to view its details. This is highly recommended, at least if your claim is rejected, because staff will add a comment as to why if that happens. If your claim has been rejected staff will mention in the comment what's wrong with the claim and will usually tell you that you can re-submit your claim with the needed changes. I recommend checking your inventory to be 100% sure you got the item!
And that was it! Ask the mods in the Discord server if you're still confused about anything. Otherwise, have fun claiming!
